Job Description

• Developing automation library
• Enhance and fix bugs for automation framework
• Write test script for test case for verification of feature operation
• Execute test script, analyze test result and report defect
• Retest the defect when it is fixed and delivered
• Understand product features and operation

Your Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of automation testing with a focus on Regression Testing and User experiences is a must.
• Practical experience with BDD and code reviewing
• Experience with OOP and Design Patterns.
• Have knowledge and deep understanding about Selenium Framework (REQUIRED)
• Have knowledge and deep understanding on programming languages: Java (REQUIRED)
• Have knowledge on programming languages (JavaScript, PHP..) and/or skills on automation test tools (Sikuli, etc..) (optional)
• Good presentation skill and technical document development skills
• Experience automating UI tests for mobile or desktop apps using Appium, Squish or similar.
• Have good knowledge in continuous integration Jenkins

What you will do

• As a Senior QA Engineer, you will do testing mainly in web applications as well as mobile applications in responsive technique, and also other interesting applications, all are integrated at once. You are responsible for educating other team members on the subject of testing and expected to have good communication with development teams in order to deliver the best quality.
• Act as a QA gatekeeper. Bad implemented features should not be leaked to production.
• Plan and test - Define test plan, design tests, coordinate manual testing team. Estimate time required to complete planned testing.
• Design, develop and execute test cases on component/integration and end to end level to ensure product quality. Write and maintain clear, precise bug reports to submit to the bug tracking system.
• Communicate - Talk to Engineers and Ops daily. Work with development teams to reproduce and resolve problems.
• Analyze defects and test results to be able to deduct the chain of events leading to a failure.
• Active participation in Agile Scrum sprint testing, regression testing, demonstration and solution releases.

• Create a roadmap and make plans for the quality assurance operations of GoodData platform.
